THE experience i bring
I’ve spent nearly twenty years inside the terrain of creativity, embodiment, making, research, mentorship and regenerative practice.
In that time, I’ve taught and mentored hundreds of creative fields students at university level, as well as practitioners, guiding them back into relationship with their own essence, voice and creative intelligence.
I know what it feels like when creativity goes quiet and when the work that once felt alive becomes pressured, distant, performative or hard to reach. And I know that the way back is not through more force. It is through reconnection to the body, to your aliveness, to your inner knowing, and to the deeper intelligence beneath the work.
This is what I bring to 1:1 work: a grounded, intuitive and relational process for helping you return to what is authentic, alive and wanting to take form.
