you came to fashion-textiles with vision. not to lose yourself in it.

COME BACK TO YOUR VITALITY, POWER,
AND DEEPEST KNOWING
SO YOU CAN CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE
WITHOUT ABANDONING YOURSELF

Mentoring for fashion-textile professionals
ready to reclaim their vitality, trust their inner authority,
and create meaningful change
from wholeness rather than depletion.

You came to fashion-textiles because you cared.

Because you loved it.

A pull toward beauty, making, meaning — and the sense that this work matters.

That it could shape culture.
That it could serve people, communities, and the living world.
That it could be a field of transformation.

And somewhere along the way, something dimmed.

Not because you lost your vision, but because the systems you’ve been working within do not have the space for the full depth of what you carry.

So you’ve been creating and leading from a fraction of yourself.

Fragmenting to fit in.
Managing your inner knowing rather than leading from it.
Keeping parts of yourself separate in order to stay credible, legible, safe.

The exhaustion isn’t just tiredness.

It’s the cost of that gap — between who you are and what your context has been asking you to be.

Maybe you’re here because you want to:

  • trust your own guidance

  • feel fully alive in your work again

  • bring your deeper intelligence into your professional life without self-censoring

  • create work that has genuine impact

  • pursue what you know you’re really here to do

  • feel like yourself again

This is where meaningful change begins

So many change efforts in fashion and textiles fall short.

Not because people don’t care, but because they’re often built from the same fragmented, extractive logic that created the crisis.

You cannot create the change you long for from a depleted, disconnected self.

So this work begins by helping you come back into relationship with yourself —

resourced, grounded in your power, connected to your creative life-force, and guided by your own knowing.

Because transformation is shaped not only by what we do, but by how we sense, relate, create, and lead.

This is the ground from which different work becomes possible.

i know this territory because I’ve lived it

I came to fashion through magic.

Through my grandmother’s textiles. Through clothes that felt alive.

At twenty, I stood in the Vionnet retrospective in Paris and wept.

I knew my relationship to this industry ran deeper than aesthetics.

Later, working at one of the world’s most iconic fashion houses, I met the contradiction directly: extraordinary garments created within extractive systems.

Late nights, hierarchies, disconnection.
And every time the industry tried to shape me into someone I wasn’t, something in me said: hell no.

So I spent years searching for and creating alternatives — from fair-trade and women’s empowerment work in India, to a Master’s in London, to a PhD exploring the deeper roots of transformation in fashion.

What I learned is this:

Extractive paradigms don’t only live in systems. They also live within us.

And the shift I was searching for wasn’t only systemic.
It was deeply relational, spiritual, and personal too.

Bit by bit, I returned to my own authority.
My inner knowing.
My own way of creating change.

What I had loved was never truly gone.
It was waiting for me to come back into relationship with it — and with myself.

If you came to this industry through love, and somewhere along the way lost touch with yourself inside systems that couldn’t hold the depth of what you carry, this work is for you.

the foundation of this work

I guide fashion-textile professionals to reconnect to their power, create from magic, and make the impact they came here for.

My signature frameworks weave together regenerative and pluriversal approaches, embodied practice, strategic guidance, and original doctoral research—developed through nearly two decades of global industry experience, academic enquiry, and my own transformational journey in fashion-textiles.

This work doesn't follow a prescribed path.

It follows you, your context, your vision, what is most alive and ready within you.

Four foundational orientations underpin everything:

Wholeness — integrating spirit, heart, mind, and body so your work feels coherent rather than divided.

Relationality — sensing and tending the web of relationships your work lives within.

Place — honouring the bioregional and ancestral specificity of where and how you create and belong.

Sovereignty — trusting your own knowing, your creative life-force, and your agency as legitimate guides.

The sacred and the strategic are inseparable here.

You stop fragmenting yourself.

The wisdom you’ve been carefully managing or hiding — spiritual, embodied, ancestral, intellectual — becomes a source of creative power, clarity, and leadership.

Your work begins to move from life-force.

The gap between what you value and how you create starts to close — not because systems suddenly change, but because you stop waiting for permission.

You learn to go first.

You become resourced. Truly capacitated — with frameworks, practices, and ways of sensing you can carry into every room, every decision, every next chapter. Your choices become clearer. Your presence steadier.

Your impact more grounded and more true.

You wake up excited by your work again. You speak what is true without shrinking or self-censoring. You hold your ground with difficult colleagues and systems without abandoning yourself in the process.

And the people around you — clients, students, collaborators, communities — feel the difference. Something in them begins to stir. They start remembering their own aliveness too.

The effects ripple outward in ways you cannot fully predict.

That is the nature of this work. It is all interconnected.

what becomes possible through this work…

“I’m coming more from a place of abundance. My ambition has steadied, and I feel more grounded in my leadership roles.
I’d recommend this to educators, creative leads and sustainability practitioners who hold a lot for others.”

ways to work together

This work is not a quick fix. While meaningful shifts can happen in a single session, the deepest transformation is supported through continuity, relationship, and time.

If you are ready to move beyond insight and into deeper transformation in how you create, lead, relate, and live your work — the 3-month container is the primary way to work together.

If you’re not yet ready for that level of commitment, or want a focused place to begin, 90-minute sessions are also available.

90-Minute Strategic Guidance Session

For those who want a focused place to begin.

This one-off deep-dive session is centred on what feels most alive right now: a challenge, threshold, pattern, or decision that wants attention.

Together, we’ll identify what is draining your power, where your deeper knowing is being overridden, and what your next aligned move is — in your work, leadership, or creative direction.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, renewed movement, and a stronger sense of what the next step is.

This can be a powerful place to start. And if deeper work is needed, it can naturally open into more.

what clients have said

  • “I now begin classes and meetings with a brief connection ritual by checking-in, setting intention, an providing a minute to reset, which has lifted trust and willingness to share work-in-progress in my classroom environment, quite significantly.

I’m coming more from a place of abundance; able to acknowledge the wins of mine and others instead of sprinting past them, and my ambition has steadied, and feel more grounded in my leadership roles.

I feel more resourced by confidence; and have noticed I’m less rattled by other people’s energies in the workplace and am able to let negative opinions and criticism go much easier. I’m connecting more deliberately with my own resourcefulness and energy, setting clearer boundaries and expectations, and relating to my students and colleagues in deeper, more human-centred ways.

I’d recommend this to educators, creative leads and sustainability practitioners who hold a lot for others and want grounded, non-performative ways to replenish, focus and collaborate with integrity”.

    - Beau Clarke, Fashion Educator & Designer, Australia

  • “My experience has been so profound. I loved how we started the first session with really connecting to some core foundations of this work. And as each session progressed, really experiencing so much expansion around my brand and my art and connecting with it in ways I hadn’t before.

The practices you gave me were resonant and also achievable. I
found myself so inspired by each session, expanding how I view my art, practicing what we went over, and pondering these topics on deeper level. The work you shared resonated for me on a soul level.
Your wisdom and expertise shined through in every moment.
I felt held and understood with everything I shared.
It has brought a new level of awareness to creation for me and how I desire to be creating, from a place of deep intention, reverence, and connection.

    This work is
soul-led, heart centered, revolutionary work rooted in ancient wisdom, consciousness, and deep care”.

    - Shauna Griffith, Designer-Creatrix, Mexico

  • “My one-on-one sessions with Ania gave me the space to focus deeply on a specific project I wanted to bring into form. Through her gentle and insightful guidance, I was able to look beyond the surface, uncover the essence of my vision, and clarify how I truly want to show up in my work.

Ania led me through techniques that
helped me turn inward, ask meaningful questions, and listen for the answers that were already there. Instead of trying to plan everything in advance, I learned to move forward through experience, to slow down, and to discover what I genuinely want to co-create.

In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves,
Ania shows how to reconnect with our intuitive wisdom and spiritual grounding. The deeper we connect to our truth and intuition, the more gracefully we can navigate these times. And when we honour the rich inner worlds we carry, we contribute to a richer, more connected outer world”.

    - Kristina Pinkert, Textile Artist & Designer, South Africa

  • “Embarking on this new journey I knew, I was going to explore new terrains.
Having you as my guide and teacher offered me the opportunity to approach the material world through a holistic-approach lens based on ancestral wisdom.
You guided me to remember the wisdom of my heart, body, spirit, and mind.
With your great respect and gratitude for everything that you have learned so far, you created a safe space where I felt I could nourish my soul.

I felt like I was returning somewhere I can call home.

I couldn’t recommend this enough for other creatives who would like to challenge obsolescent, long-established mindsets of how a creative business should work and are ready to explore new possibilities”.

    - Christianna Vasiliadou, Art Therapist, Greece
