“I now begin classes and meetings with a brief connection ritual, which has significantly increased trust and willingness to share work-in-progress in my classroom. I’m coming more from a place of abundance, feel more grounded in my leadership, and am far less rattled by other people’s energies. I’d recommend this work to educators, creative leads and sustainability practitioners who hold a lot for others.”
—Beau, Fashion Educator & Designer, Australia.
People often come to this work at a point where something no longer fits.
They may be carrying a clear vision, while feeling disconnected from themselves in the process of leading, teaching, researching, or creating.
While each person’s context is different, clients often describe shifts across three interconnected areas:
Through this work, clients often experience a shift towards:
what becomes possible
through this work…
-
Feel steadier in yourself — and make decisions with more clarity in leadership, strategy, and creative work.
make decisions with more clarity and self-trust
hold responsibility without overriding your own needs and knowing
feel less destabilised by visibility, pressure, and growth
set healthier boundaries in the way you work and lead
create, teach, and contribute from a more grounded inner centre
-
Reconnect to what you want to make — and move ideas into form with more courage, structure, flow and follow-through.
clarify the next shape of a project, programme, brand, or body of work
move ideas into form without getting trapped in perfectionism or over-functioning
create with more momentum, discernment, and trust in your own direction
build a more intentional relationship with creativity, regeneration, and impact
-
Show up more coherently with others — in classrooms, teams, partnerships, and public-facing work.
bring more grounded presence to leadership, teaching, and collaboration
trust your voice and perspective more fully
align your values more closely with how you communicate, lead, and relate
grow your impact without disconnecting from yourself or others
This is not about becoming someone else or adding more things to the ‘to do list’.
This is about creating and leading from a place that feels more aligned, coherent, and alive.
This is where meaningful change begins.
So many change efforts in fashion-textiles fall short
because they are still being built from the same fragmented,
extractive logic that created the crisis.
You cannot create the change you long for from a depleted, disconnected self.
This work begins by helping you come back into relationship with yourself —
resourced, grounded in your power, connected to your creative life-force,
and guided by your inner knowing.

MY APPROACH
This is a high-touch, high-trust space for meaningful change.
You will not be met with generic advice, performance coaching, or pressure to become someone you are not.
My frameworks weave together regenerative and relational approaches, embodied practices, systems change, strategic guidance, and my doctoral research—developed through nearly two decades of global industry experience, academic enquiry, and my own transformational journey in fashion-textiles.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, we work responsively with what is present. While each journey is bespoke, the work is grounded in a clear set of frameworks and foundational orientations.
Four foundational orientations underpin everything:
Wholeness — integrating spirit, heart, mind, and body so your work feels coherent rather than divided.
Relationality — sensing and tending the web of relationships your work lives within.
Place — honouring the bioregional and ancestral specificity of where and how you create and belong.
Sovereignty — trusting your own knowing, your creative life-force, and your agency as legitimate guides.
This work goes beyond process and performance to engage the wider ecology of change —
your inner ground, creative practice, leadership, community, Earth, systems,
and future impact.
i know this territory because I’ve lived it
I came to fashion through magic. Through my grandmother’s textiles. Through clothes that felt alive.
At twenty, I stood in the Vionnet retrospective in Paris and wept. I knew then that my relationship to this industry ran deeper than aesthetics.
Later, working at one of the world’s most iconic fashion houses, I met the contradiction directly: extraordinary garments created within extractive systems. Late nights, hierarchies, disconnection.
Every time the industry tried to shape me into someone I wasn’t, something in me yelled: hell no.
I never left the industry. Instead, I spent years searching for and creating alternatives — working with artisans and in fair-trade, supporting women’s empowerment initiatives in India, completing a Master’s in London, and later pioneering research into the deeper roots of transformation in fashion.
What I learned along the way is that extractive paradigms don’t only live
within systems. They also reside within us.
And that the only way out is through different (and very ancient) pathways that include the relational, spiritual and ecological dimensions of life.

If you came to this industry through love, and somewhere along the way lost touch with yourself inside systems that couldn’t hold the depth of what you carry, this work is for you.

“Through Ania’s gentle and insightful guidance, I was able to look beyond the surface, uncover the essence of my vision, and clarify how I truly want to show up in my work. She helped me slow down, listen inward, and trust the answers already there. In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this work reconnected me to my intuitive wisdom and spiritual grounding.”
—Kristina, Textile Artist & Designer, South Africa.

FAQ’S
A few questions you may be holding as you consider whether this work is the right fit.
-
This work is for fashion-textile professionals who feel a deeper vision moving through them and want support to lead, create, and make decisions from a more resourced, integrated place. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Often, people come when they know something needs to shift but need space, clarity, and support to understand what that shift is asking of them.
-
This is not traditional consulting, and it is not a prescribed coaching framework. While strategic guidance is part of the work, we are not only looking at external solutions or performance outcomes. We are working at the level of how you relate, create, lead, and make change — so the shifts are not only strategic, but embodied, relational, and regenerative. The sacred and the strategic are inseparable here and my methods and frameworks draw from diverse orientations.
-
Yes. This work is not about performing spirituality. It is about helping you trust your own inner authority, access deeper clarity, and move through your professional world with greater steadiness, discernment, and integrity. The work is always shaped to your context and what is actually useful within it.
This work is about reclaiming your agency and trusting your own wisdom within the systems you navigate.
Rather than fragmenting yourself to fit into what's "acceptable," you'll develop the capacity to bring your whole self—intuitive knowing, embodied wisdom, into your professional practice in ways that feel authentic and aligned for you.
You become resourced in your own knowing. The more you trust yourself, the more naturally others receive your deeper approaches.
-
For the 3-month mentoring, we meet bi-weekly for six 60-minute sessions, with voice note support Tuesday to Thursday in between. Beyond that, the deeper commitment is your willingness to be honest, present, and engaged with what is emerging.
3-Month Deep Dive:
60 minutes bi-weekly (6 sessions over 3 months)
1-3 hours per week for integration practices
-
That depends on your needs and what has unfolded in the work. Some people leave with what they need and continue integrating on their own. Others choose to continue in a longer-term mentoring relationship. We can explore that together if and when the time comes.
This mentoring resources you for the long journey ahead—not create dependency.
