REGENERATIVE LEADERSHIP, CREATIVE CULTURE & TEAM REFLECTION WORKSHOPS

Experiential workshops and facilitated sessions for fashion, textile, and creative organisations seeking more intentional, connected, and regenerative ways of working.

Three people sitting on the floor in a room with patterned tile flooring, engaging in conversation. One woman with curly hair is smiling at the camera, another woman with glasses and hair tied back is seen from behind holding a book, and a person in a yellow sweater and black hat is sitting to the left in the background.

There is a different way to work and create — one that nourishes rather than depletes, and regenerates rather than extracts.

I partner with fashion, textile, and creative organisations to design workshops and learning experiences that support regenerative leadership, creative renewal, team connection, and more life-giving ways of working.

Rooted in my background across fashion and textile industries, sustainability, and research, this work helps teams reconnect with themselves, one another, the living world, and the deeper vision behind what they create.

These experiences are designed for organisations seeking more than a surface-level wellness initiative. They create space for reflection, restoration, meaningful dialogue, and new ways of thinking, relating, leading, and creating together.

My approach weaves together mindfulness, embodiment, visioning, making practices, ritual, deep ecology, and relational processes to support more connected teams, more intentional leadership, and more regenerative creative cultures.

my Approach

A group of people sitting in a circle in an art gallery, listening to a woman speak, with abstract artwork on the wall behind them.

Through my work across fashion, textiles, sustainability, and academia, I have witnessed the cost of constant output without space for reflection, connection, or renewal. I have also seen what becomes possible when individuals and organisations begin to shift from extractive patterns toward regenerative ones.

This work is not about quick fixes. It is about creating the conditions for deeper transformation in how we relate to work, creativity, leadership, and the wider ecosystems we are part of.

Each experience is designed in response to the unique needs, challenges, and intentions of your team. Together, we can explore practices that support resilience, presence, creativity, vision, and more sustainable ways of working from the inside out.
