When you use our website or join our programs, you're entering into a thoughtful agreement with us. We've written these terms in clear language so you know exactly what to expect.
What We Offer
We pour our heart into creating educational experiences and content. To be clear about what this means:
- Our work is educational and experiential
- We share knowledge and insights, but don't provide medical or therapeutic services
- Every person's journey is unique, so we can't guarantee specific outcomes
- We strive for excellence but are human - occasional errors may occur
— Somatic, embodied, and creative practices offered within our programs are for personal and creative development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment or advice. Participation is at your own discretion. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please seek support from a qualified professional.
Our Refund Philosophy
We ask that you make your purchase decisions mindfully, as we do not offer refunds. This policy helps us focus our energy on serving our community rather than processing returns.
Payment Terms
- All payments are binding commitments
- Payment plans must be completed in full
- Missed payments may result in immediate service suspension
- No access to programs until payment is received
- Third-party payment processor terms also apply
- All prices in USD unless stated otherwise
Protecting Creative Work
All our content, unless stated otherwise is protected by intellectual property law and includes:
- Course materials and content
- Workshop materials and methodologies
- Video and audio recordings
- Written resources
- Frameworks and approaches
Usage Guidelines
When you purchase our programs, you agree not to:
1. Share or distribute materials
2. Allow others to access your account
3. Create derivative works
4. Use content commercially
5. Reproduce or republish materials
6. Translate without permission
7. Incorporate our content into your offerings without prior permission
Your License
- Single-user, non-transferable
- Personal use only
- No ownership rights granted
- Cannot be shared or transferred
Participation Guidelines
For online and in-person services:
- Maintain respectful communication
- No disruptive behavior
- Confidentiality of other participants required
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants
Online Access
- Platform access may vary
- Technical requirements are your responsibility
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service
- Right to change platforms with notice
- Download permissions vary by program
- Time-limited access where applicable
Cancellation Policies
One-on-One Mentorship Containers
No cancellations once you've entered the container. Full payment required regardless of completion. All payment plans must be honoured in full. No refunds under any circumstances.
Courses and Group Programs
All sales are final. No refunds after purchase, regardless of attendance or participation. Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed payment plan instalments will result in access suspension after 7 days written notice. You remain responsible for the outstanding balance whether or not you continue participating. Session recordings are available for the duration of the program and for three months after the final session, after which access will be removed.
Community Membership
Month-to-month subscription. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the end of paid period. No partial month refunds.
Institutional/University Collaborations
Once contract is signed and payment processed, no cancellations. No refunds for scheduled or completed work. Payment must be completed as per contract terms. Rescheduling subject to availability and contract terms.
Your Original Work
If our work inspires your creations:
- You own your original content
- Your work must be substantially different
- Cannot incorporate our protected materials
Community Guidelines
- Respect confidentiality
- No solicitation
- No harassment or discrimination
- We reserve the right to remove from community spaces
Liability Protection
You understand and agree that:
- You're responsible for your own wellbeing
- We're not liable for personal interpretations
- No responsibility for actions taken based on our content
- Force majeure applies for unexpected events
- You assume responsibility for your experience
- Inform us of relevant health conditions
Privacy and Security
- We protect your personal information
- Payment details are processed securely
- Community discussions are confidential

Updates
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
